I ordered two items from this site a topside controller for a hot tub and the sticker cover that goes into it, it cost me over $375.00, I never received them,and now keep getting the run around about my money being refunded, because it wasn't my money,it was a customers money, someone I am doing a repair on their hot tub...I should have read the reviews first...this is one of the most fuct up things I've ever had done to me..

Great experience with this company! Our order was missing from our mailbox and they worked with us to track it down. When we ended up not being able to find it, they worked with us to get us new products with quick shipping! Very great customer service.

The quality of the items received was a pleasant surprise. The Mylar bags are great for business use. I will be ordering from OpenTip again. Shipping took a little longer than other retailers, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I purchased a large order recently. Communication was great and all products arrived quickly and intact.

These caps were for my 94 year old Mom who has to wear a cap all the time due to cancer surgeries and wounds that will not heal. She loves them. The arrived quickly, are good quality and good colors. I will definitely recommend to others and order more at a later date.

I had my son order the wrong size solar lights for my fence by accident. Thankfully I was able to find the correct adapters on Opentip to be able to use the lights. Since I never heard of the company, I was nervous about how long it would take to get the product, I was pleasantly surprised.

I thought the Rev a Shelf from this company was such a great price. No where did it say it was an imperfect. None of the holes line up, and the holes are larger on the slides than the shelf. I have made two trips to the store for new bolts, and they still don’t fit. I have spent more than the discounted price.
Needless to say it’s still not up, and I wish I would’ve just paid full price from the vendor.

All items were as expected, and delivered pretty quickly. I am extremely satisficed with the quality of the items purchased.

I love the product -- Rebelgreen peppermint hand sanitizer. However, a small package was packed in a huge carton filled with plastic filler pellets. I had to dispose of these pellets, and they cannot be recycled. The packaging is important to me. Since the company claims to be environmentally conscious, you should find a more environmentally sound way to package the items. Maybe use shredded paper as packing -- at least that can be recycled. Also, pack in a smaller box to match the size of the product shipped.
